of a love so long ago
so sacred
so forbidden
because of
status and breed
high held bloodlines
and prestige
aristocrates...
whom forgot
whence they came...
are their
bloodlines
no finer than ours..
we who do not dress
regally
or royally...
nor hold "Royal Court"
are no lower than
the lowest born
churl...
he who mucks out stables
and feeds the cattle
and horse.....
and tends the land
WE are the tallest of all
and bless
the Ancients
the Goddess
and Gods
And know ...
the cycle will ever turn....
