Okay so this is an angel meditation that I've been working on. I've tried it on three people with only one getting results. The key is to be relaxed and open minded. Please leave a comment if you do this one. I'd really apreciate it. 
First focus on your breathing, tuning in to its natural rythm. When you are feeling relaxed start to visualise pink or white light surrounding you, extending from your heart chakra. Focus on the energies swirling about in your heart, what do you see or feel?
When you are ready visualise white light cleansing your heart chakra, let if fill you up with its warmth. When you feel that your chakra has been cleansed focus the light into a beam going out into the beyond, into the great universe. Now is the time to call your angel, ask the universe a question or for a response. Visualise your heart chakra being connected to the heart chakra of your angel. If nothing happens leave the meditation and try again a different day, you may not be ready yet. If you do get a response you may like to ask your angel his/her name and anything else you'd like to know. When you are finished communicating with your angel thank them for thier time and promise to contact them again soon. Angels love human attention and will do anything to help us help ourselves.
Imagine the light beam slowly fading and being drawn back into yourself. You may like to visualize your heart chakra, notice any changes in it from before the meditation. Then when you are ready focus on your breathing once more and slowly open your eyes. Don't forget to stretch luxuriously after the meditation!!!
